I headed out for the day in this fun colorful leopard top. I love this shirt because it infuses a bright color into my look and it makes me happy:-) I’m usually such a neutral girl. I love my grey and black pieces but living in a warm, sunny climate year round encourages me to lighten it up more oft than not! I paired my artsy leopard shirt with some ripped jeans and patent leather oxfords. Love these freaking shoes. When I’m not in heels and I reach for flats, I’ve grabbed these every time! Plaid is a huge trend right now. We happen to love plaid, always have and always will! This is a pretty awesome time for all the plaid lovers out there because every store and designer has done a stylish version of plaid offering up so many color combo options and print sizes. We’ve been rocking braids (or plaits:-) since we were little girls. Who would have known that good ‘ol, simple braids would become tres chic and a trend to watch! Well, these aren’t exactly the same braids our mom gave us back in the day. As shown in the Alexander Wang Spring/Summer ‘10 shows, the cool girl way to wear your braid now is slightly messy and to the side. This hair style goes perfect with the tough pretty aesthetic that the genius Mr. Wang has made relevant again.
